Queen's Park Formerly the residence of the commander of British forces in the Caribbean, it was returned to Barbadian people early in the 20th century and opened to the public as a park in 1909. The park is home to the Baobab, one of the largest and oldest trees in the islands. The “Baobab” is a native tree of Africa, however, and no one sure how it came to grown here. Address: .
